REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (preloaded game consoles), all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.
This policy applies regardless of whether:
- The product has been opened or used
- The product was purchased by mistake
- The customer decides they no longer want the item
Please review the product description, compatibility details, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, as processing begins immediately.
Usage & Compatibility Responsibility
Our consoles are delivered preloaded and tested to ensure they function as described.
Any modification to the console — including but not limited to:
- Formatting
- Deleting files
- Altering data
will permanently change the product and void any eligibility for support, refund, or replacement.
When you first plug PlayHer into your computer, your system may prompt you to format the drive. Do not format it, as this will erase the preloaded content and render the product unusable as intended.
Defective Items
Each console is tested multiple times prior to shipping. Issues caused by user action, incorrect setup, or failure to follow instructions are not considered defects.
